Do you charge for estimates?
Replacement quotes — water heater, furnace, boiler, new gas line — are free. Diagnostics on a broken system are $89, waived if you go ahead with the repair that day.
How fast can someone get here?
Emergencies — gas smell, burst pipe, no heat below freezing — same day, usually within two hours. Everything else is a scheduled two-hour window, typically within three business days.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, on every job that needs one, and we schedule the inspection. The permit fee is itemized on your quote — never marked up.
What does the guarantee cover?
Two years on our labor, plus whatever the manufacturer warrants on parts — usually 6 to 12 years on a heater or furnace. If our work fails inside two years, we come back at no charge.
Do you work with landlords and small businesses?
Yes — multi-unit and light commercial both. Net-30 terms available, one consolidated monthly invoice, and we can hold keys for scheduled access.
